Terms of Service

Africa Development Hub is a digital platform designed to provide development intelligence, project mapping, and an implementer registry. Our goal is to empower donors, governments, and implementing partners to coordinate interventions and discover credible partners. We provide analytics and tools; however, we are not directly responsible for the execution, success, or outcomes of any individual projects or interventions mapped on our platform.

To use our Services, you agree that you:

• Are authorized to represent your organization (if acting on behalf of an entity).
• Will comply with all laws, rules, and regulations (including data privacy).
• Are solely responsible for maintaining the truthfulness and confidentiality of your account and the accuracy of the data you submit.
• Will not use automated systems (crawlers, AI bots, scraping) to extract data from non-public areas of the service without explicit API access.

"Content" includes intelligence, maps, project details, and data available through the Services. Your access to specific data sets depends on your account type and subscription level.

User Submitted Data: By submitting project portfolios or organization details, you grant us a non-exclusive license to aggregate, analyze, and display this data on the platform according to your visibility settings.

Our services may integrate with Third Party Services (e.g., identity verification or mapping tools). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms.

We strive to maintain a high-integrity environment. We may require verified credentials to list your organization in the Implementer Registry. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide misleading or inaccurate organizational data.

Access to certain analytics, advanced mapping features, or comprehensive registry data may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed as outlined during the registration process and are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Africa Development Hub and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your data submissions, conduct, or breach of this agreement.

The platform and all insights are provided "AS IS". We disclaim all warranties regarding the absolute accuracy of aggregated development data or the successful outcome of any partnerships formed through the platform.

You consent to receive all notices regarding platform updates and terms via email or through the platform interface.

All disputes will be settled by binding arbitration. You waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in class actions.

We are an independent service provider. No agency, partnership, or joint venture is created by this agreement between Africa Development Hub and any platform user.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect the evolution of our platform. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these terms or compromise platform integrity.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
